The EU Contest for Young Scientists (EUCYS) is held annually for high school students, with participants representing their countries as the winners of national competitions. EUCYS provides a unique opportunity for the students to meet other talented young scientists. Olli Järviniemi, a second-prize winner at the 2019 event in Sofia, shares his experience.
