Filip van Laenen is data analyst for Europe Elects with a focus on Belgium, Iceland and Norway and has been part of the Europe Elects team since September 2017. He holds an Master of Science in Electrical Engeneering and a Master of Science in Computer Science from KULeuven, and has been tracking Belgium polls for more than ten years. He has a special interest in statistics and has created a open source softwear to calculate seat projections.
